The Metroid art is finished, ... At least ! I was becoming crazy !

Sorry, i obviously drop the ball for the boss part. It was just like the eternity to finish...

I changed the direction of the picture when i saw screens from Oborosama, the new vanillaware game for Wii. I would like to have some sketch look, so i tried to have this old comics with strong black in it.

I really wanted to have a strong mood for this one. In the end i'm not so sure... Ho well !

I say, good sir, this is quite awesome. It's like an HD redraw of Super Metroid. =D All the elements are instantly recognizable: the steel door, the landscape, the statues, and of course, Samus. I like the awesome touch of the charged shot sitting at the end of her arm cannon. Very cool. :nod: I really like the way you drew her, as well! And don't worry, I think you've captured the mood perfectly in this one. It's full of the same atmosphere that made me love Super Metroid so much. :nod: Excellently drawn!

ah hell yes... There they are...the fearsome 4....and one hell of a great game...I remember I played this sucker on a road trip LMAO....did most of the game in that timespan in 3 1/2 hours lol.

I believe this is the one wallpaper I've used the most in my 26 year long life.

Please do more Metroid-wallpapers =) A visor-one, shooting Metroid Larvas would be nice! Or something when you fight Dark Samus.

This is amazing. Almost breathtaking. I thought Ridley was going to jump down and eat Samus before I realized it's the statue room from Super Metroid. Well done!
