The only few critiques I have is the hutch in the foreground is not defined enough for the casual eye to make out. I do not think it is the blur necessarily but the texture gets lost in the tree behind it. This leads to a loss of depth on the left lower corner, which plays down the visual impact of the total piece. Holding my thumb over this corner greatly expands the overall depth and distance of the piece.
Feena's left arm and right leg are a little elusive as well. As an artist I can fill it in visually but my instant reaction to it is her silhouette is just a bit off.
Over all I enjoy the atmosphere of your pieces, they really tend to suck the eye in and refuse to let go.
This is truly outstanding work. Grandia is definitely one of, if not my favorite game. There's just something about it. It's a special something that seldom seen. You've captured a very great moment in the game. With the softness you used, you've really given the warmth of a morning sunrise with the moistness on the ground and in the air. Awesome.
This went straight to my heart! My favorite game, no doubt! I remember it was the first time in my life that I stayed up all night playing. No other game has ever got me so emotionally invested. Really beautiful!
This will forever be my favorite game, story, soundtrack, and art inspiration. This game was such a huge part of me. It feels silly to say it, but it's true. I love seeing fan art from it, it makes it come back to life for me.
You know, I saw the teeny thumbnail of this picture in my watch feed, and it immediately reminded me of Grandia. I clicked on it, and what do you know, it is Grandia. ^^ You've rendered the feeling of the game perfectly. It's one of my favourite games ever as well, and I still get an incredible thrill from the soundtrack, especially the main theme.
