So you know it's always hard to gain exposure. You may know me for years and think i'm well known but that's terribly wrong. Most people (and by that i mean miilions) saw some of my art somewhere but are not even aware there are new ones or even that i offer posters for sale (that i need for a living!).

So, for the first time, i actually made a deal with an online art store to offer a signed and limited print of my work, and this will only be there, and not forever. The last Mario inspired art, Flying Bully ( [link] )will be there in 100 24x16 inches prints on Fujifilm DP II paper, great quality and you'll have my sign with it, done by hand on a certificate!

So yeah my mobo died it seems and i'm stucked while i wait for a new one, but at least it will be faster and allow me to work my giant psd files in a more confortable way! I have lots of walls in my project, some great things to come with magazines and expos, and i want to relive all that by doing at least two pieces a month, so i'm quiet frustrated at being stopped right now..

So, as not everyone of you know it yet, there are prints of my videogame work now, right there  >> [link]

There are just 19 of 43 right now, but i'm adding a new one every day! There are different sizes and type of prints (Photographic prints, Canvas, mounted, framed..) and different prices of course. The shipping cost aren't that bad and if you want to know everything, i'm making 30% of what you pay (- shipping cost) which is fine!

Also some news. Working on two new pieces right now ! I'm trying to find back my rhythm!

So as you know i've been working on  a good solution to offer prints to buy for those who would like it.

I've now a redbubble where i offer some prints, and i add more oftenly. They are offered in different size and medias. They are not signed cause it's just not possible, but they are still limited to 100, so you'll have something rare anyway.

And and and, there is a great Castlevania picture incoming, and there will be a print for this to. The old pictures had the printable version downloadable for free, but this is over now i fear, as i want people who buy the thing to have something unique

Thx for the answers to the polls, i've gathered rpetty good informations from you. You'll see the result of that soon i hope, with lots of new exciting things. I'll be back into making lots of art like!

For now, in preparation of that, i "remastered" my most popular gaming art here, the Mario World one. It's now a lot sharper (there will be a print at 18"x12", 300 ppi) and there is a new Mario interpretation in it, more original and different from the real one. I didn't replaced the old verion on deviantart cause i didn't want to upset people who prefer it.

update: So it seems you people like the official character in my art more than the art in itself it seems... That gives a whole new perspective on all my work for sure..

Those who follow me on twitter already know i've been having fun with 3d recently, and converted some of my art in 3d for direct 3ds viewing!

So i was wondering recently if i should create a second account for my photos (i post one a day on Flickr so you miss a lot), cause not everyone here is interested in it. It seems it's allowed (or not ?) to have a second deviant account, but i choosed to simply focus a tumblr page on my b&w photography for now. Tumblr is a goog tool cause it's sharing oriented, as opposed to Flickr. Things can quickly spread there, with a little help !

I could still create a dev account and post my best photos, each one a day with print available, but i have to think if it's a good strategy!

For some other news. As my twitter follower know, i'm working on a Pocky and rocky piece, but it's long and with the game progressing fast those weeks, it's a slow process!
As for Swimming  Under Clouds, you'll be able to see lots of things soon, with a 2D hand animated 16m colors sprites all over your face! As much as a compelling story and a rich instrumental soundtrack.

Swimming Under Clouds is progressing smoothly, and i hope it will be what you're waiting from me!

The game is wrapped into some moving story about lonely kids and how they can overcome their problems to meet friends. But it's also a classical old school platformer, rather arcade oriented. There is a balance to find between the story telling and the gameplay.

So i was talking to you about this really great idea from the cafe-Sale community that most of you must know.
They asked for lots of artist to do art about the catastrophe in japan. You can now preorder an artbook from them [link] all the money will go to Give2Asia. The book is really full of great art!

My only regret is that i'm not in it lol !
It seems my poor astro art wasn't worthy of them. It's a little sad when you think i took a full day of work to work on it and i really wanted to help... But it must be too crappy for their criteria i guess. It's just a little unfortunate that this kind of selection has to happen in this particular charity domain. You want to help but you're not worthy of it lol...

Anyway, let's stop the bitter tears, you should really buy it

As for some news from me, well the game is progressing, we now have a great french artist to help me with the design of the characters and enemies. he actually has a deviant page
You will probably see more of all that in the next weeks, when we'll have a proper site for the game.

What about new fanart will you ask ? Well, i have a Sonic one that my twitter followers already saw in the form of a wip, but i'm still not happy with it so it's closeted for now. I have to find motivation and time to work on something else!

We're looking for a talented (meaning experienced), motivated level designer (Speaking about gameplay here) to join us for the next 4+ months. Munich or Paris-based preferred.
This is of course a paid job.
