Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

So i was talking to you about this really great idea from the cafe-Sale community that most of you must know.
They asked for lots of artist to do art about the catastrophe in japan. You can now preorder an artbook from them [link] all the money will go to Give2Asia. The book is really full of great art!

My only regret is that i'm not in it lol !
It seems my poor astro art wasn't worthy of them. It's a little sad when you think i took a full day of work to work on it and i really wanted to help... But it must be too crappy for their criteria i guess. It's just a little unfortunate that this kind of selection has to happen in this particular charity domain. You want to help but you're not worthy of it lol...

Anyway, let's stop the bitter tears, you should really buy it

I'm sorry your illustration wasn't chosen, but maybe only because they received too many to put everything in the artwork, so don't dwell on it too much!

What I meant was the pic I drew was to show hope, wouldn't be the same drawing the aftermath to Me.

Don't worry about not getting into the competition man, doing the pics a good thing to do anyway and most of the good ones on da aren't the ones that made it into a competition (if that makes sense?).

I did a pic of sparkster with help Japan on it and put that up on a few places, i don't think I could draw the stuff happening over there, wouldn't feel comfortable with it, so I did a simple pic instead.
